It all started with a meeting with all Axys Consultants entities. The company's partners express their desire to equip themselves to ensure optimal management of the activity. The decision is made: Napta is supporting them in this project! First step: initialization of the platform by importing employee data and the history of past and current staffing.

This second week was punctuated by the construction of an API connection between Napta and the Axys Consultants CRM (Salesforce), in order to retrieve and display on the staffing solution all the information related to business opportunities.

Because it is essential for an optimal staffing process: the Napta teams guided Axys Consultants in building a complete skills map, thanks to the creation of a framework customized to the company.

Final stretch before launch, Axys Consultants associates are trained in the use of the platform by Napta teams. The various workshops make it possible to guarantee a Napta referent within each entity or business units.

After only 1 month of preparation, it's time to test the solution. Napta is used for the first time in staffing committees. The results of the latter are convincing, and the platform is finally open to all Axys Consultants employees.
