A major player in international air transport, AirFrance KLM has developed an audit branch in order to improve its performance. However, the schedules related to audit missions lacked transparency. AirFrance KLM wanted to fundamentally transform staffing processes. However, too many changes can be harmful if employees are not trained or lost on the new tool.
Its problem? Put an end to a rudimentary Excel file, to create more relevant, accurate and collaborative schedules.
