We host your data on a dedicated server located in Europe, on which they are saved daily. Databases are secure (encrypted at rest by AWS, not publicly accessible, and segmented by customer). Each of Napta's Subsequent Sub-Processors (AWS, Auth0, Auth0, Postmark, and Crisp) complies with the requirements of the GDPR. Any suspicious activity is reported to the security officer in less than 24 hours.
You are (and will always remain) the owners of the data integrated into Napta. We do not collect any data considered to be 'sensitive' within the meaning of the GDPR (gender, salary, Social Security number...). Napta users maintain the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose, at any time and in any place, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right not to be the subject of an automated individual decision (including profiling).
The data is yours: you need to be able to choose exactly who accesses it. That's why we offer you a very fine system of access and authorization rights to decide who can see, modify, extract, or share each of the information stored in Napta. In addition, connecting to our solution through the Auth0 solution allows a classic connection or in SSO with multi-factor authentication.
