This fundraiser marks a new stage in the lives of Napta and all those who trust us. Our customers, our users, our partners but also our investors and above all, our employees.
It is also an additional string to our bow to strengthen our position as a leader in the management of Staffing through skills and to deploy our full potential, in France and internationally.
A strong ambition : enable companies to optimize the planning of their projects (also called staffing) by placing the aspirations and skills of their employees at the heart of the process.
An unwavering belief: At Napta, we are convinced that competency-based planning is one of the main levers for engaging employees and allowing them to express their potential!
Exceptional growth : In 2021, we tripled our number of customers, including Capgemini, Schneider Electric, EDF and Société Générale. We have more than 25% of our users abroad and are present in 20 countries. We support SMEs with a few dozen employees as well as major international accounts.
We raised this second round with Kerala Ventures, our historical investor, and MAIF Avenir. Moreover, Timothée Poulain, Investment Director at MAIF Avenir, summarizes the strategic challenge of staffing well:
Napta's mission meets the main challenge that project-oriented organizations face today: reconciling operational performance and HR challenges. The platform brings transparency and simplicity to a complex, but key, business process: project staffing. It places employee engagement at the center of the game, by integrating the aspirations of teams into staffing.
During their various professional experiences (consulting, industry, digital), having gone through consulting, digital or industry, the founders of Napta Arnaud Caldichoury, Arnaud Cammas, Étienne Caldichoury all three noted that project planning was suboptimal.
It was obvious that something had to be done to improve the performance of businesses and the commitment of their teams:
